No one is ever prepared to have a baby, regardless the age. At 16 your still in school, someone will have to watch your child while you go to school, and most likely pay for the expenses also. I work full time and provide everything for my son. I would wait until you can depend on yourself before taking on the responsibility

i know being fit is a reward in itself, but im the type that needs the extra motivation.

if i do a full 7 days of workouts and i feel i have no regretful meal choices, i am buying a new victorias secret bathing suit. im gonna try to reward myself every 14 days of success, if i fail one day, i reset the 14 day count. : ) well see!

my grand finale needs to be when i read 130, what should be my ultimate goal reward…

I didn’t do as great as I wanted with my diet today. I hate the fact that when I get bored I eat.
Didn’t go to much over my calorie count, and I did exercise a bit, so maybe im being a little hard on myself.
I need a motivation!
